Annual Trip
We come to Scottsdale every year and have never had a better time. The house is beautiful and the linens and bed were so comfortable. Just like home! The weather was perfect and the poll was warm. The welcome basket was very thoughtful. My son devoured the choc. chip cookies. We also love the location. The neighborhood was very peaceful. Just what we were hoping for. We couln't have hoped for more. This house had everything we needed. We oved the book of places and activities - awesome idea. Thank you so much for everything. We truly appreciate it! Family Vacation

Thank you so much for a fantastic house with all the amenities one could ask for. this was a part biz part pleasure stay and my needs were served to say the least. A superb location, amazing deck and poll area, a kitchen with everything at our disposal, comfy beds, and tasteful decor. My boys and I had a blast and if I am ever back in Scottsdale for a long-term stay I will definitely stay here. Incredibly the price was about the same as most major hotels. What a bargain!! What a location!
This condo was a wonderful choice as an alternative to a hotel...and cheaper!! We were able to walk across the street to Scottsdale Fashion Square mall, within minutes of all types of great restaurants, and had the most amazing amenities we have ever seen in a condo development. Happy Golfers from Bellevue, WA
Stayed Thanksgiving week at this new condo on the Troon North Monument golf course. Located in a gated community at Troon North with a garage. Easy access to Scottsdale/Phoenix. 5 minutes to Pinnacle Peak and 15 minutes to North Scottsdale to the south and Cave Creek to the north. Good restaurants and shopping centers with grocery stores 5-10 minutes away. Quiet and just the thing for a week to unwind. Easy walk to golf course clubhouse/pro shop.
Realtor and Owner were very nice and easy to deal with. Large Flat screen TV. Condo also has a dedicated home office with wireless internet.
If available, we will consider renting this again.

Restful family retreat!
This is the second time we rented a house/condo and it is definitely better than getting a hotel with kids. The manager of the house met us at the house and went over things with us and when we realized there was not enough beds for us all, he brought us a queen size air mattress.
Having our own pool and hot tub was a bonus. The kids could go out whenever they wanted to.
Unfortunately the bbq grill was not working but we were out so much during the day our dinner meals were spent out. Breakfast at home was a big savings.
We would definitely rent this house and/or other houses from this rental company! Thanks for a wonderful relaxing week away from the snow!

Relaxing Vacation
All the arrangements were professionally handled, and the contact person was helpful and available. The property is a bit out of the way -- not a problem for us, but may be for some. We liked the pleasant walking environment, with desert landscape still present. Grocery stores, etc., were easily accessed. The road system (to get up to Carefree or down to Scottsdale shopping is very good indeed. The house was comfortable and well appointed, with Wi-Fi throughout. All in all, we had a nice break from the brutal winter we're experiencing this year.

Great Hotel Alternative!
We rented this property for a week and wound up with a nicely furnished well cared for unit within walking distance of everything. The complex is great with a nice gym, pool and basketball but it is a maze. It is easy to get lost and you can only access your own building with your key. If you've got a great sense of direction and are not vacationing with others, this place is ideal.
Considering the price of hotels Christmastime, we paid less and got a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo and the agent was very accommodating.

Dave and I want to compliment you on your condo which we rented last week. Not only is it nicely decorated, the little personal touches you have are wonderful. Usually, we have to see the condo then run to the store to buy paper towel, bathroom tissue, etc. And thank goodness you had band aids... needed one on the first day!
The location of the unit is perfect for access to so much in the Scottsdale & Phoenix area. It was extremely clean and quiet, and we will recommend it to anyone we know who is headed your way.

FBR Week
Casa Carefree was wonderful. It was the perfect place for our group of 4 guys in town for the FBR. The area was beautiful and very convenient for the courses we played and the restaurants that we frequented. The space was more than enough. We only wished we had more time and people there to enjoy it. It offers a great opportunity for cookouts and entertaining around the pool. We discovered an issue with the pool after the first night and L8 was quick to remedy the situation...all in time for the rest of the party to show up.

Everything was as explained, the condo was bright and cheery. I was impressed with the cleanliness of each and every room. Supplies were adequate, towells, washcloths, etc. The view was the best part, one day was cloudy and a giant cloud hung at the top of the mountain, beautiful! We were a little worried about renting from an online site but the whole experience turned out to be wonderful. The place was updated, very clean, well stocked (beyond what we would have expected) and it made for a very comfortable week's stay - much better than in a hotel. The whole complex was very well maintained as was the unit. The agent was very efficient, provided helpful pre trip materials, and was accessible when we had questions. We liked the location - away from the city, with mountain views, but easily accessible to anywhere we wanted to go. Would rent again without hesitation.

Loved It!
This is a comfortable house in a family neighborhood. The house
was not one of the "stunning city view, golf course, prestigious" properties - neither did we
expect this. The Latitude8 people were very forthcoming with
information and answered any questions we had when booking.
Actually the house was exactly what we expected and we loved it.
The neighborhood is from the eighties, with a mix of families and
mature residents, nice and "upscale", but not fancy. It was within a
10 min walk to a neighborhood strip mall (Ancala Village), with
supermarkets, several restaurants, an ice cream place, and other
services. We like to go for runs and the area was great for running
or walking; safe, friendly and pretty. And, of course, it was within
just a few minutes drive to all the shopping and all the restaurants
of North Scottsdale.
The house was freshly painted and the inside furniture was new.
The kitchen was reasonably well equipped (some pots with very flat
bottoms to match the ceramic top stove would be nice). The yard
was huge with a comfortable lounging area and a pool (not heated)
- would be great for kids.
Checking in and out went smoothly and Myles at Latitude8 was very
accommodating.
All in all, we had a great time and are thinking of returning next
year.

What an awesome condo. The location is just spectacular - close to everything. Impeccably clean. I showed the photos to our friends - everyone now wants to stay there. Scottsdale Condo Wows Finicky Couple
My husband and I stayed in this lovely Scottsdale condo while we attended nine spring training games in seven days. Needless to say, having a comfortable place to come home to each evening was a joy! The condo is located near everything that Scottsdale is known for. The pictures and descriptions were spot on accurate, and the condo was equipped with all that you might need to settle in comfortably. And, the private patio was a plus. The owners were very helpful, and we'd happily return in the future. We had well above average meals at Sea Saw, Noca, and Cafe Barrios all of which were reasonably close to the condo.

Great place to enjoy Scottsdale and Phoenix
We had wonderful stay at Villa Saguaro in DC Ranch. The town home is
beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Great for small families. It
is walking distance to two parks and one of the pools. The other larger
pool is a very short drive. The property is surrounded by walking trails
and sidewalks so you can enjoy the view of the mountains. I love that
is close to grocery stores and restaurants but the way it is designed it
feels like it is up in the mountains and away from the busy city.

The Heart of Old Town
We were attending a wedding in Phoenix, AZ and
wanted a place to call home--someplace we
could relax, sit out, enjoy drinks and
company.
Camelview proved to be everything it was in
the pictures and more. Everything was clean,
the design was amazing, the decor comfortable
and relaxing. We were able to start the day
with breakfast, spend time in the city with
family and come back each night and enjoy
after dinner drinks and wine. The main
windows faced into the center commons area of
the our building plaza (there are several of
these), but being a green building complex, it
is beautifully decorated with a multitude of
vegetation, making for gorgeous views.
One of the best parts about our stay was the
fact that everything we needed was close by--
Fashion Square mall is two blocks away; Old
Town Scottsdale is less than a mile, the
wedding reception (at the Royal Palms) was
five miles away. The zoo was a short twenty
minute drive (great for our two year old) and
the airport is about a thirty-five minute
drive.
There are more than enough restaurants nearby
if you prefer eating out, but the spacious
kitchen makes eating in easy and the outside
patio makes it enjoyable.
If you need a dining table and chairs for the
family, or you want complete privacy for each
bedroom, this unit may not work, however. The
third bedroom is a converted dining area, so
the bedroom isn't as private as the other
rooms and there is no dining room. There are
four chairs outside on the patio, however, and
four chairs at the kitchen counter bar where
you can eat.
The owners were also very friendly and when I
mentioned having camera lenses shipped out
that required a signature, the owner happily
accepted the responsibility, including
bringing the lenses to the unit.
All in all, we loved our stay and would
definitely go back!

Beautiful townhome
We spent a wonderful week at this townhome. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The golf course views were wonderful along with the view of Pinnacle Peak. Very good restaurants nearby. We hiked at Pinnacle Peak a couple of times which is just beautiful. The pool is small but it cools you off if needed. There is also an exercise room with treadmills and weights which our family used almost daily.

Quiet and Convenient
Our goal was to be close to the spring training home of the SF Giants. The Sunscape Loft at Hayden & Indian School was perfect. A short 15 minute walk to the stadium.
The loft was quiet, convenient and nicely decorated. It supplied all of the conveniences of a home away from home.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay at Safari. The property manager is professional and proactive in communication.
The property location is ideal, the covered parking is nice and secure, the pool was beautiful, the balcony was fantastic.
All the furniture and appliances are high-end and brand new. The condo is fully stocked, I hosted 2 small meals for my friends and found it less stressful than being at home!
When I return to Scottsdale, I see no need to look for another property to rent, I want to stay here!!!!

Casa Sanctuary was wonderful
Coming from Australia we decided to take a chance and stay in a house instead of a hotel and we are so happy that we did. Casa Sanctuary met all our needs for our holiday. The location is great with a short drive to the 101, shops and golf courses. The house is presented well with everything you would need.

"This home was magnificent. I brought my family to Scottsdale for a relaxing summer vacation, and that it was. This home had all the amenities a person could need. The pool was a vacation itself. Beautiful Troon North Condo
This condo on the Troon North Monument course provides great views in all directions. We loved waking up and looking out at the 9th hole and Pinnacle Peak from the master bedroom and patio. Furniture in unit is brand new and decorating is very tasteful. The property was spotless and obviously well maintained. All the comforts of home are provided, just bring yourself and your clothing. Our teenage children really liked the big screen TV in the great room. High speed internet access was also a big plus. Close to all North Scottsdale activities. We enjoyed the nearby mountain and rock climbing. Check out AJ's Market for great take out dinners. We plan rent this property again on our next visit!

Desert Mountain Paradise!!!
As a last minute reservation, we were highly impressed with the service provided by Latitude Eight (Myles) and the Casa Carefree home.
Casa Carefree is an exquisite home, beautifully furnished with a gourmet kitchen that invites all to gather. Their attention to detail in appointments throughout the home was very impressive to say the least. There is nothing that you will require that has been overlooked and the homeowners have gone to great lengths to ensure that your stay will be a memorable one. The backyard is a desert oasis with absolutely stunning views of the mountains from the pool,spa and completely private.
The location in Troon is breathtaking with all streets designed into the base of the desert mountains.
The service from Latitudes (Myles) was as good or better than any vacation management company that we have experienced throughout North America.
There is nothing negative that we can report and that is certainly rare in vacation travel. If you are looking for that truly amazing Desert vacation experience, try Latitudes and Casa Carefree. You will NOT be disappointed.

The Perfect Place!!!

An awesome experience!
Casa Willow is just perfect! From the high ceilings to the gorgeous bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen....it was hard for me to take my eyes off all the fine details that made this house a home away from home......
We enjoyed the pool and waterfall in the yard and loved watching the beautiful birds that seemed to enjoy this yard as well.
If you are looking to stay in a nice neighborhood in a beautiful house with all the amenities of your own home (and then some!), Casa Willow is the place! We are looking forward to our return to this home on our next trip to Scottsdale.

Beautiful apartment in the middle of Scottsdale.
This is a spacious apartment in an eco friendly building built by David Hovey. The decor is modern and comfortable. (But I must note that it is advertised as a 3 bedroom when in fact the 3rd bedroom does is not a seperate room, it is more like an alcove.) The location is walking distance to the Fashion Square Mall, where there is great shopping and 2 movie theaters. The living room has a huge flat screen TV and the kitchen is a dream. The building has great amenities such as indoor and out door pools, raquet ball courts, and a great gym. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to Scottsdale.

Great Condo, Great Location!
This is a clean, well equipped and comfortable condo in a really convenient location for downtown Scottsdale. It is a 5 minute walk into Fashion Square mall with hundreds of shops and spending opportunities - not sure if this is a good or bad thing! Beyond the mall are plenty of bars and restaurants, including some new ones opening up around the waterfront area, we particularly liked the Olive & Ivy for food. Straight through the food court in the mall is the Yard House, where happy hour from 3 until 6 gives good value for appetizers and drinks. You can get to most of the top golf courses in the area within a 30 minute drive of the condo, The Boulders and Troon North would be my recommendations, both for an interesting challenge and also some fantastic views. There are 2 courses at both so there's plenty of golf to be played!
I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a downtown location with all the modern conveniences.

That condo is so peaceful and comfortable that it made our entire trip! The owners had everything ready for us and the unit was exceptionally clean. I HIGHLY recommend this rental. The building was wonderful with incredible amenities and very centrally located.

Better than expected!"
Service and follow up was very professional (should wait until I receive my deposit before concluded on this comment:-) Home in Troon North was upscale, clean, roomy, had the "little" things that are usually a "pain in the neck" when not there such as blowdryer, salt, pepper, shampoo, etc....even had welcome treats! Location was great as was close to outlet malls, restaurants and great golf courses. Depends on what one likes...if want to walk to shopping/restaurants, then stay in Old Town...we enjoyed driving and being on the golf course away from the "hustle/bustle". Liked best...scenery re Grand Canyon (have been all over the world (Asia, Europe etc and this was amazing and a worth the drive) and scenery on high end, inexpensive (summer) golf courses (TPC, Troon North, Boulders with Troon North a clear winner!

Lovely apartment in great location.
This is a beautiful eco friendly apartment in a David Hovey building. It is spacious and clean and the location is within walking distance to Fashion Square mall. It is advertised as a 3 bedroom, but the 3rd bedroom is not a separate room with a door (it opens on to the foyer.) There is a HUGE flat screen TV and great kitchen. The owner was gracious and helpful throughout our stay. I would definatley recommend this apartment.

Perfect Stay in every which way
Our stay was perfect and the condo featured all of the necessities of being at your own home. The decor was gorgeous and it was close proximity to everything from shopping to historic Scottsdale. The beds were superior quality and the kitchen was made for a chef. The professionalism of Latitude 8 was top notch and their attention to follow up was remarkable. WE will be back and I look forward to my stay again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and relaxing.

Exceeded our expectations!
We come to Scottsdale several times a year for business and usually stay at one of the resort/hotels in the area. We decided to try something different this time and found this property... We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Casa Willow...the beautiful landscaping, the new hardwood floors, the pool area and beautiful patio area (we spent more time outside than in!), and it's proximity to restaurants, stores, etc. It was perfect for our family...this house has been very well maintained and has unique touches. We will certainly stay here again. All of my questions were answered and addressed in a timely manner and I would recommend it to anyone!

Family Vacation
We orginally were going to a wedding but decided to make a family vacation out of the trip. My son came from Fort McMurray with his wife and our Grandchildren, and we brought along great grandpa. Everyone loved the house, it is absolutely gorgeous with everything you could possibly need. The owners have thought carefully about everything. The pool was a big bonus, the grandkids and parents spent most of the hot days in and around the pool. Myles was great, he answered our every question. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone, and cannot wait to rent again.

Great experience
We loved the place. It was perfect for the amount of people we had. 2 Adults, 5 children. We saved money by eating in at breakfast and most lunches. All the appliances were top notch. There were plenty of dishes, and cookware. The location was great as well. Close to many things, and easy to get to places that were further away. The people were great to work with as well. Great location for a golf vacation.

Perfect Scottsdale Location

We had a great time even though the weather wasn’t always cooperative. Plaza Villa is a great place in a very good location. We enjoyed all the amenities and were very comfortable.

Can't wait to come back
I had the pleasure of staying in this unit for a week with my mother, my infant daughter, and my sister. I was actually in town for business but it felt like I was on vacation, thanks in large part to this rental. The location was absolutely perfect, the apartment was very attractive and comfortably laid out, and very well stocked. We can't wait to go back. The week went by way too fast!
