Check-In Process

Your personal property manager will reach out at least a week in advance of your arrival to schedule your check-in. You can plan on heading to the property upon your arrival. Most of the time your personal property manager will plan to meet you at the property to let you in, make sure you are comfortable and to answer any questions or concerns you may have. You will either be given keys or the code to access an electric lock for entry and exit. In some cases and when after hours you will be given access via lockbox or electric lock codes for entry.

Our normal check-in time is by 3pm and check-out time by 10am. This will be arranged with you prior to your arrival. We try to be as flexible as possible with the times depending on if we have back to back renters or not. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged and/or guaranteed with the cost of 1/2 nights rent.
