Overall satisfaction:

Casa Aviano is an outstanding vacation rental. The property is very well maintained, and has been fully remodeled recently. It is spacious with bedrooms spaced for privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bedding and towels are top quality. My wife and I have stayed at this property the past 3 years and we intend to return whenever we are in the Phoenix area. We have stayed in over 20rental properties in the past 10 years and this property is, by far, the most comfortable of them all. We would rate our rental experience as outstanding.
