This lovely single family home with no stairs offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, furnished VERY comfortably and has a back-yard you dream of. Each bedrooms has a Queen bed. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower. The kitchen is stocked with high end cookware and dishes! The backyard is packed full with a heated hot tub, pool, built in BBQ, outdoor fridge, shaded gazebo with comfy seating and a fire-table. The backyard also opens (via locked gate) to a huge grassy park area with play equipment for all to enjoy. Like an extension of the yard!

Casa Bonita was a wonderful place for our visit to the Phoenix / Scottsdale area. The house is beautiful, in a great neighborhood, and easy to relax and do a bit of entertaining with friends. The pool is perfect and there is a hot tub with outdoor seating close by. The owner / manager has thought of every touch! We had every thing we needed and more. Comfortable beds. We spent a much needed getaway at Casa Bonita with our family. The house was very close to all of Scottsdale\\\'s attractions and the house offered all the amenities - lovely kitchen, beautiful pool backing to a private open area, relaxing hot tub, and situated in a cul-de-sac provided convenient area for our children to play. Casa Bonita was the perfect getaway home. The property is spotless and has all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil or piece of equipment we needed for cooking. The outdoor areas were perfect for enjoying coffee, meals, reading, relaxing..... The location was quiet and close to shopping and restaurants and it was an easy ride from the Phoenix airport. We also took a roadtrip to Sedona which was easy to do in one day. Casa Bonita was just what we needed, and we definitely plan to stay there again. - -Karen
