We invite you to our South Scottsdale home located only minutes from Old Town's best restaurants and shopping! Here your family can easily get cozy both inside and out. Inside you will find spacious rooms and open living spaces. Outdoors your family can enjoy grilling out, playing in the pool and overall relax! This home is perfectly designed for a small or large family group!

The Space:

This tri-level home features modern living with room for the whole family to enjoy. Featuring a large private backyard, this home offers maximum relaxation all while being only minutes from fun in Old Town!

The Neighborhood:

Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. If you're looking for more night time fun, Old Town Scottsdale is just down the road!

Getting Around:

You will find it easy to travel the area with Uber and/or Lyft's available!

Other Things to Note:

All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.

***Please note the pool is NOT able to be heated. The heated spa can be used at your leisure though...

***$500/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.

***Pets allowed with prior approval ONLY (with additional pet fee as well) No Cats.
