***Pets allowed with approval. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.
***The pool is not able to be heated in the winter, but you can use the hot-tub on the patio at your convenience at no charge.
***$400/month Electric Cap in the summer months when booking 30+ days (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.

5 stars all around!! It was very tranquil and relaxing. Amazing views and sunsets from the balcony. A beautiful get away out of the city. We were looking for a warm and peaceful getaway spot that offered privacy but was also close to Cave Creek…this was it! The home is impeccably decorated, very comfortable, and expansive. We loved watching the sunsets from the back porch while enjoying a glass of wine (or two!). We were also really impressed by the variety of outdoor activities available in the area such as hiking, playing golf, shopping and city nightlife. It is a beautiful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city while being close enough to partake in the city activities when you would like to do so. The home is clean and boasts a beautiful Southwestern boho decor that complements the amazing Arizona desert views, which can be enjoyed from the spacious patio, balcony, or sparkling pool.
