This luxury single family home offers 4 Kings, 3 Queens; along with 4.5 baths on 2 levels. 4 of the King bedrooms offer on-suite bathrooms. The 5th bedroom offers a queen bunk bed and additional queen bed. Sleeps up to 14 comfortably. Plenty of living and entertaining space inside and out. Simply slip outside for a relaxing dip in the resort like backyard; equipped with infinity edge pool and spa with views of golf course, mountains and 4 Peaks!
There is a GAME ROOM with a Pool Table, Shuffle-Board Table, Pub Table, large sectional sofa and additional TV for movie watching.
3 car private garage, all linens and towels provided, wireless Internet, cable TV, TV's available in EVERY bedroom as well as the main family room and game room. Pack n' Play and High chair available upon request on 1st come 1st serve basis.
***Please note $500/week fee to heat the pool (to 85 degrees) in the winter if desired; upon request only. The heated spa can be used at your leisure at no cost.
The property is about 25-30 minutes from the Phoenix airport, and about 25 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale...
***One dog allowed upon prior approval by Management with pet fee. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

We stayed in the house with 6 adults and 7 children for Easter weekend. The house is very spacious and fit us perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and serving platters. The house and outside are both decorated beautifully and each space is comfortable. The pool was fun and has an awesome view. Of the golf course. My family stayed at this beautiful luxurious home for a quick getaway from the cold weather. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the home is perfect for a large gathering. If you are looking to get to spring training for baseball or have a fun family reunion, this house is great. The kids loved the pool, the hot tub and the game room. I was able to work remotely from the bedrooms with excellent Wi-Fi. Casa Sunridge is beautifully decorated and welcoming to both children and adults. Our vacation was relaxing and fun. We were very happy to spend most of our time just being at the house. Don’t forget to bring your binoculars. We bird watched, spied on the golfers, and just enjoyed the spectaculars views. Recreation opportunities are many and varied. There are beautiful parks to visit with great walking areas for everyone. Hiking trails for all ability levels are well maintained, have great views, and are pet friendly. Great neighborhood walks with very little traffic. The pool and hot tub at Casa Sunridge are beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool table and many games. Beautiful accommodations. Large rooms with lots of privacy for adults and a bunk room for children, very comfortable beds. Indoor and outdoor dinning with room for everyone. - Terry and Lynnda Varuska

This house was absolutely perfect for our visit! Breathtaking views and beautiful decor made for a very relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need and the bedrooms/beds were extremely cozy and comfortable. The patio and pool were beautiful and inviting and where we spent most of our time. Everything was clean and updated. I wish I could give this home 10 stars, the owners have done a beautiful job. Beyond Impressed. Luxury at its finest. Casa Sunridge is comfortable like you are at home but more like the home you wish you had. Beautifully decorated, not missing a single amenity. The view draws you to the perfect outdoor living space that can accommodate your entire crew plus more. There is no reason to venture beyond this incredible home, but if you choose to you are close to restaurants and top level golfing. Simply perfect for any occasion.
