Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

Casa Winfield is beautifully renovated, stylishly furnished and the open plan kitchen is a chef\\\'s dream. The community of Winfield has incredible amenities: spectacular swimming pool, tennis courts and clubhouse all within less than a one minute walk away. Winfield is surrounded by beautiful mountains filled with hiking trails to appeal to all fitness levels. Safeway, Target and multiple restaurants within a 2 min drive. The historic, quaint village of Cave Creek is a 10 min drive, and filled with wonderful cafe\\\\\\\'s, art galleries and shopping. Perfect location, pristine house. - Karen Beazer
