Villa Allison is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 1st level with no stairs can sleep up to 6 comfortably. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony or meander just a few steps to the heated pool, hot tub and BBQ Grills. A gym is just around the corner in the complex as well. Each bedroom offers a King bed and a smart TV with cable. The great room offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, Queen pull out sofa and Smart TV with Cable and sound-bar.
1 reserved covered parking spot and other guest parking available. The condo is close to 2 grocery stores (AJ's & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails!

Such a beautiful condo and well kept grounds. Very cozy and comfortable and loved all the personal touches! It has everything you need to feel right at home. Loved that it was ground level and steps away from the pool. Minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment. Did not want to leave and will definitely be back! Thank you! -
