Villa Signature is a split master 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the heart of North Scottsdale with all the amenities you will need! The condo is located on the 2nd level of a 2 story building. 1 covered parking spot and plenty of guest parking available. The great room offers a flat screen TV with Blue-Ray Player and a Queen pull-out couch to sleep up to 6 guests total. The full kitchen overlooks the Great room and has a breakfast bar, along with a dining area. Enjoy a drink or your morning coffee on the balcony as well. The split bedrooms both offer King beds, flat screen televisions, walk in closets and full baths with a tub/shower combo. Villa Signature offers in unit washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Local telephone and free WIFI access.
The community center with all of the amenities is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door. There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, locker rooms, steam room, sauna, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire-pit! What more could you ask for? The condo is a close walk to 2 grocery stores (AJ's & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails!

Escaping the Snow
Overall satisfaction:
This was our first time vacationing at a location for a month and it was wonderful! Great location for golf, hiking, shopping and restaurants. Pool and grill area was very nice. There were numerous lounge chairs and tables around the pool area. Spent many afternoons laying in the sun. There were also plenty of shaded areas around the pool if you wanted to get out of the sun.
The unit was clean and well stocked. For two people the living space was great.
Wes was great to work with when garbage disposal went out. He came right out to fix it. - Ted

The condo unit was very nice. Our contact met us as scheduled and provided an overview of the unit and the complex. We realized the coffee maker was broken the next morning and a new one was dropped off that day. The link cation is great! This Condo was wonderful! Safe and close to groceries, Starbucks and restaurants. Updated, well maintained and beautiful furniture. Lovely, contemporary 2nd story condo.
2 Bedrooms each with their own en-suite full bath, plenty of closet space, newer kitchen with washer/dryer accessibility, flat screen TV's in all rooms.
Steps from the community pool and small fitness center.
Perhaps best of all is the location: close to the 101 and many major roads. Walking distance to a perfect little shopping area with shops, AJ's, and Starbucks.
