This house was everything we needed for 8 girls. The pool was the perfect thing for the hot days and just hanging out. The beds are so comfortable and Wes the owner was very nice. The house was great. Everything was very clean and well kept. The only negative was there is a pool heating fee of $200 that is charged and that was not communicated very well. It is apparently listed in the advertisements but we missed it. The rental agent told us about how to operate the pool heater but didn't inform us there was an additional charge for this. My family of 4 (2 daughters, 12 and 9) stayed here for our spring break. The property is clean, well kept and comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood connected to a nice park. My girls loved the pool, and my 12 year old daughter claimed the "casita" for herself. The manager was responsive to questions and very helpful.
