This private single story home has a fantastic backyard with Private heated pool & spa*, pickleball, basketball, putting green, ping pong, corn-hole, multiple fire-pits (wood not provided) and BBQ. Casa Verde offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths nestled in the beauty of the Sonoran Desert and still only about 15 minutes away from shopping and dining in Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Cave Creek and Fountain Hills. This area is known for having lots of outdoor activities nearby, such as mountain biking, hiking trails, golf courses, and wonderful scenic views. The property is close to world-class golf courses (Troon, Troon North, Grayhawk, Whisper Rock Golf Club, Terravita Golf and Country Club, TPC of Scottsdale, Boulders, Scottsdale National Golf Club, Tonto Verde, Rio Verde Country Club, Desert Mountain Golf Course, and Trilogy). ***Basketballs, bean-bags, pickle equip, putters & golf balls provided.

We know how important it is to prepare your meals during your stay and our kitchen is great for doing just that. So bring the family together and make that recipe you’ve been dying to try but just haven’t had the time. You can enjoy the spacious kitchen which has lots of counter space, fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, traditional coffee maker. Enjoy the eat in kitchen table that overlooks the backyard views with seating for 5 plus there are 4 barstools at the counter.

***Additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa if you wish to heat it. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of re-fill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it.

***One Dog OK with $100 pet cleaning fee. Make sure to add the pet when booking and provide breed and size in the reservation notes. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.
