This property is located in the community of "Bella Terra" off Shea Blvd, east of Tatum Blvd in a great central Scottsdale location. Close to golf, hiking, restaurants, shopping and all the major events the valley of the sun has to offer. You will find a sparkling pool and hot tub to enjoy as well. Around the pool are BBQ's to use and a gym located in the clubhouse. This is a rare unit that offers a GARAGE w/ automatic opener!

2 bedrooms each with a full bathroom and a tub/shower combo. All located on the 1st floor of a 2 story building with NO STAIRS. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and the master has a television. Beautifully clean condo in the lovely Bella Terra complex. Such a convenient location - approx 20 mins from the airport; walking distance from grocery and other stores. Great access to hiking trails, golf courses, lovely swimming pool and exercise availability on site. Condo has everything we needed for daily living, and more. We’ll definitely be back! - P.Frain

This place is fantastic. The condo was really lovely and I felt right at home. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfy and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. There are also BBQs available at the pool and around the complex. Also great restaurants and grocery stores in the area which we loved. Great to have a glass wine on the balcony in the evening. This condo is absolutely beautiful, very spacious, comfortable and is in a perfect location. There are a lot of great restaurants and shopping nearby.
